Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates can be redeemed for services only; they may not be used for products or gratuities.  Only one certificate may be used per visit.  Gift certificates do not expire; they are not redeemable for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen certificates.

Child Care
We welcome children.  As a courtesy to our other customers, we request that you arrange to have another adult present while you are receiving your services.

Cancellation Policy
At the time that you book your appointment you will be asked to provide your credit card information.  In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we ask that you please call at least 24 hours in advance; this will provide us with the opportunity to attempt to accommodate the needs of other clients.  As a courtesy to our staff, appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the total service price.  This amount will be charged to your credit card.

Product Returns
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our skin and body products.  Within 14 days of the original purchase, if you decide that it is not the right product for you and one half of the original product is unused, we will exchange it for another product.  Exchanges only, no cash or credit card refunds.
